Hi there.  As others have mentioned the vehicle diagnostic reports used to (as recently as August 2024 in Canada) included the odometer reading for my vehicles.  In September 2024, the format of the diagnostic reports changed, and no longer include odometer readings.  One would assume this data is available, but just not presented in the new format of the diagnostic report.  Is obtaining this information (e.g., odometer readings for the September, October, November and December diagnostic reports) possible?  I called in and the first person I spoke with said this would be possible if I upgraded to the premium plan (really?).  She then handed me off to another advisor and that advisor said this wouldn't be possible at all.  Any help is appreciated!

    rWe do appreciate your outreach. Our team does apologize for any potential miscommunications with our live Advisors. For awareness, the diagnostic report contains the following:

     

    • Oil Life
    • Tire Pressure
    • Vehicle Systems

    The mileage is currently unavailable in OVD; however, it is scheduled to be added in the future. For now, Members can use their mobile app to check their mileage, or OnStar can do a real-time diagnostic (ODD) check. The Member should get a copy of the result via email after the ODD completion. Moving forward, we are here to assist with any additional questions or concerns you may be facing to the best of our abilities.
