I want my service I paid for

How do I talk to a supervisor at onstar? I signed up for the cyber monday and black friday deal for 50% off the on star package for a 1 year "connect service". I got an email receipt accepting the terms which cost me $74.50 at checkout after they automatically took off my 50%. My service was turned on my app had worked for the services. The next day however, the service was turned off. after contacting on star, the rep could not tell me why it was turned off. They actually said that they think my credit card was denied. We called the credit card company and they said it wasn't denied. I called back again and they told me without having a code, they couldnt fix it, but I never need a code,, it was discounted during checkout automatically! They told me that the only thing they could do was to give me a 3 month service at aa 40% discount. I accepted that purchase for now. So, after I talkes with my wife, we decided that we still want the 1 year service we paid for and actually had that first evening! Now after repeatedly calling and asking to speak to a supervisor, the put us on hold for hours at a time and now, 5 times have been told that the supervisor will call us back, and we dont ever call! The reps tell us that they dont have any direct lines for us to call and the supervisors or nobody has voice mail to leave a message. I could not find any other phone numbers to call except for 877.466.7827. i've used my onstar button and then they'd tell me somebody will call me back.And they call me back on my phone from g, m, and then I get the same runaround. Simply put, I paid for and have a receipt for a discounted 1 year service and had it for 1 night and then had it taken away and cant speak with anyone to have it restored. Do he supervisors even exist? Is there a GM corporate member that can help? What is going on here?
