Emergency Call Notification and Red OnStar Light
I have a 2024 GMC Terrain Denali and for the last few weeks everything i get in the car a notification and Emergency Call appears and the OnStar Button is red instead of green. I can dismiss the notification but I cannot figure out how to fix this.

After nearly two weeks the issue seems ro have resolved itself. The OnStar light is green and not Emergency Call message. Everything seems to have corrected itself.
Generally I have been very pleased with OnStar and they have helped in some bad situations. But for this issues they have not been very helpful. The process has been cumbersome and in the end not very helpful
