When enrolled in OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics, OnStar will collect diagnostic information about your vehicle's key operating systems about every 30 days while you drive. After each data collection, you'll receive a report and any scheduled maintenance alerts by e-mail. Additionally, you should receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours of enrollment. If you continue to have trouble with your Vehicle Diagnostics Report, please send an email to socialmedia@gm.com with the subject line as ‘ATTN: OnStar Community/ucmytoy’ so we can reference back to this post.
