Hi my Alexa is no longer in my 2025 traverse how do I get it back
Thank you for connecting with us here, Cody. As of September 2025, Alexa is no longer available in some GM vehicles including the Traverse. We know how frustrating it can be to lose features you were used to. As an alternative, we recommend trying Google Built-In which can perform all the functions Alexa Built-in could, plus more.
