Account Linking Server Error
Hi I have a 2025 Suburban that I havent been able to link to mygm account, for the past month support has said wait 72 hours and try again, and again and again.
Supposedly it has been escalated and they would contact me which didn't happen, In vehicle service works great but the app and website are useless unless I link my onstar account with my gm account.
Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? they have already made me create a new mygm account and linking it from there but the page always says server error please try again later.
