5 OnStar Modules
Are you serious?
I have talked to the cabbage heads at OnStar (tech support, but not really tech support, apparently), Executive Relations, the dealership (more times than I can count) and Customer Assistance. So what do YOU plan on doing? Tell me to take it to the dealership AGAIN?
At one point, I called OnStar more than 100 documented times over a one-week period. 100.
And there is also the matter of them using a credit card I had REMOVED from my account and replaced to make unauthorized charges. So there's the whole fraud thing.
My latest communication has been with the Offices of Attorney General in Michigan and Virginia because the more people who complain and document their issues with your **bleep**ty, non-existent product, the better. You people knew these modules didn't work when I bought the vehicle and there was no recall and the dealership didn't say **bleep**.
And what's the most you people have done so far, oh, wait, give me free service for a product that literally has no service.
I can't think of a more unethical company. Take your scripted concern and stuff it up your GM-manufactured tailpipe.

More than ONE HUNDRED phone calls. Check fraud.
And used OnStar modules that don't work used to replace used OnStar modules that don't work.
You may have faith in a dealership that pays you millions of dollars a year but I have zero faith in any of you. It's been three godda*mn years. You people haven't listend to a da*mn thing I've said. Take your scripted concern and stuff it up your GM-manufactured tailpipe.
