WiFi not working in 2019 Buick Encore
My WiFi used to work then about 6 months ago it quit. I’ve tried the reset instructions to no avail and as I have the premium plan I’m basically paying for WiFi connectivity that’s non existent. I connect to my cars hotspot, it says weak security then bam 2 mins later no internet connection. I’ve done the door open, shut off, wait 5 mins and then start car and nada. Customer service rep has resent the WiFi signal but still nada. :( After reading through the community it looks like a consistent issue whereas basically ATT is getting $ for non existent service and to remove it but keep my current coverage is going to cost me more than what I’m paying now. Definitely don’t like feeding att bottom line for non existent service. :(
