Vehicle status not updating

I have a 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer I purchased new one month ago. The MyChevrolet app worked fine for a few weeks, but it has not updated fuel level, mileage, or DTE in over a week. I don't know abo...

Clear Device Cache

  • iOS: Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Select the mobile app > Offload App > then tap Delete App on the same page > Open App Store > Search the mobile App > tap Get and install
