Remote start option disappeared from my Chevrolet app.
Upon calling an OnStar rep, I found I did not have an applicable on star plan. I have since enrolled in one, and the app is now back on my screen.

You can check this by visiting your Chevrolet Account and signing-in using your linked credentials. Additionally, are you receiving any error codes at all? If your vehicle is enrolled within the correct plan, we would like to help. Our team will keep an eye out for your reply in the meantime.
