MyGMC app not updating mileage, fuel etc
That's frustrating. I have the same issue with my Silverado RST. It synced when I first setup after purchase, then didnt connect for 25 days. Finally called onstar and they did a manual scan which did update the odometer and oil life indicator (but nothing else updated) Going on 10 days without syncing again.
Did you figure out a solution yet? Having the same problem.
I had called OnStar again last Friday (the 19th) and after talking through the issues I've had with it since purchase she flagged it all for support to take a closer look. I hadn't heard back afterwards but as of yesterday morning and today both to and from work its been working and I'm getting updates after I'd turned the vehicle off.
I wonder what they did to fix it. Mine is still not working after 3 days of calling them. Thanks for the feedback.
