MyGMC app not updating mileage, fuel etc
Update to the status update issue. Status is now updating when I drive the truck. It is no longer going back to what it was 10 days ago. After speaking with the rep who contacted me I've been informed that there has been a change to the app and you cannot get an update without starting the vehicle. In other words if you check the status of your tire pressure in the app 12 hours after you last drove the vehicle it will tell you what it was the then not what it is now. I thought in the past the app would give you a real time status update but maybe I didn't remember correctly. I will say Onstar has been responsive to my issues.
I’m having the same issue but I’m still in the free trial phase. If this isn’t fixed I am not going to renew when the trial is up! Why pay for services that don’t work!!
