MyChevy App wont remote start/ won't update
This problem has been going on for months. I have deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times which still did not work. Need someone's help with this issue.
I am having the exact same issue in my 2022 GMC Elevation 1500. I have tried all of the suggested troubleshooting options, still nothing.
Our team is saddened to hear that these troubleshooting steps have not been able to presently resolve these concerns with your apps' remote start features. We would like to assist with making sure these features are restored so that you can get back to what really matters with the Chevy you love and rely on. When you can, please send us an email to socialmedia@gm.com with a screenshot of any errors that you may be encountering when attempting to perform the remote start command in the app. Please also make sure to put, "ATTN: OS Community/1KENROD," in the subject line so that we can assist further.
