My GMC app.
Has anybody actually had their OnStar app work right after they’ve contacted OnStar about the issues with the app. I’ve owned a truck for over a year and it hasn’t worked right since day one. I’ve contacted OnStar no less than six times and every time they run a diagnostic, it’ll work for two days or less and then you just get tired of it,as of right now my app has been down for 25 days again and I’m just kind of giving up on it. It is a good app when it works. It just doesn’t never work.

No I’m not satisfied they want me to go to the dealer for an app that a lot of customers are having the same issues. My dealer is 100 miles away don’t have time. What are they going to do.

The app is not working as usual. I have followed your recommendations for the last year and nothing has worked for more than a couple of days. Has to be an app issue because everything works but the status update. There is a lot of people out there with the same issue. This didn’t start overnight, hasn’t worked right for me close to a year. Frustrating when you buy a new truck and something as trivial as an app takes away from the ownership of this truck. I’m done calling will just pay attention to the community to see if GM ever comes up with a fix.
