Same problem with my 2025 XT5 Prem-Lux. Stopped updating 3 months ago. Tried the Power Cycle and app restore several times with no success. Commands work fine. Contacted mailto:SocialMedia@GM.com as advised above. Awaiting response. Will advise if I they get it working.
