My 2024 GMC 1500 will not update status in App
My new truck will not update its status in my app… The app will start and unlock, but it won’t update its fuel or anything else
We know how frustrating it is when apps are not working like they should. That is not experience we want for our members. Our team would like to look into this. As an initial trouble shooting step, could you please uninstall/reinstall your mobile app. This will ensure that you have the latest, most up-to-date version of the app installed.
