Mobile app- vehicle status
MyGMC app will not update vehicle status. I've tried uninstalling, log out/back in, granted all app permissions, clear cache, restart phone, Still nothing. Seems to happen about 2 months ago with the update at that time. Since then nothing seems to reconnect the vehicle.
All other controls work. How do I reconnect this vehicle status part of the app?

Please send us a private message to OnStar_Support so we can look into this further. Just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen. Please include your full name as it appears in the myGMC app, the email you use to sign in to the app, and either your VIN or OnStar account number. We'll be on the lookout for your message.
