Alexa skill for My Chevrolet no longer available

Gm just can't stop hurting themselves.  Taking away paid features while raising prices, then lying about the rationale, then doubling down on the lies. Looks good on you General! 

4 cars all on onstar, all with paid plans. App seldom works and if it does, it takes so long to open the app, switch cars, deal with security, send a command, wait for incredible network delays, try again,  get mad, swear, think unspeakable things about the gm mgmt, etc that I could instead call onstar, wait on hold forever, be transferred 4 times, cancel 4 plans, find my keys, walk a half mile to the garage, grab a coffee, start the car and still be faster. Yes,  your customers surely prefer to use the pathetic app! Lmao!

Eliminating the alexa skill saved you (nothing?) But it sure is costing dearly in terms of credibility as a tech-enabled vehicle mfr.
