“GBI” Radio/Infotainment system can’t let you edit radio presets or personalize climate settings?!

I too lost my Weather Channel app. Happened to notice it was gone this morning. Was there yesterday. Hit the Blue button and the excuses just started coming. I was told my connected data plan could not bill the credit card, so it was not active. Thats B.S. because I remote started truck. I was then told that they would reactive. 5 minutes before calling I used card, so I know it was a good account. May question was why this keeps happening. Since 2020 purchase I get disconnected from account at least twice a year. If I didn`t need or use the service, OnStar would be gone. There is no excuse for account locking up. Too many excuses for a service that continually sucks and they just will not fix. I would get rid of truck because of this, but 2020/21 Canyons and Coloradoes are the last of 6'5" beds and power trains that get better mileage and performance that the 4 banger. It nice when you get offered the same or close to used market offers as a new Denali. Currently Toyota, Ford really have nothing out there that beats my Canyon. Too bad OnStar sucks so bad. Hope everything is back to normal when I get in truck in an hour.
