Not working...keep crashing
I've used the onstar guardian app for 3 yrs and never had a problem. Not it won't stay open, and when it does open it doesn't let you see your family members just the map. Nothing has changed and I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Any reason it isn't working now when it was working just fine? I'm using an android phone S25+

Are you receiving any kind of error messages or indicators when the app is not staying open as you mentioned? We encourage you to try clearing the cache on your mobile device, then uninstalling and reinstalling once again to ensure you have the latest app version for best performance.
