Not working...keep crashing

We share your desire to see the app working smoothly and would like to help wherever we may be able to in getting you to a resolution. Are you receiving any kind of error messages or indicators when the app is not staying open as you mentioned? We encourage you to try clearing the cache on your mobile device, then uninstalling and reinstalling once again to ensure you have the latest app version for best performance.
