Guardian is the worst. Don't get it.

OnStar Guardian is a rip off. I had been paying $15 a month for a year and a half. I could never get the app to work and sent in multiple help tickets through the app and then through the website. I never got a response or any help. I broke down today and try to use the guardian roadside assistance. At first, they said, I they couldn't find my account, then they found it under my husband's name and said it was inactive.  Then when I asked, what have I been paying fifteen dollars a month for, then all of a sudden. I did have an active account. Then, when they checked with the roadside assistance to see if it showed that I was connected, they said it did not. So I was on the phone for UP to 30 minutes. I never got roadside assistance help. I finally got to billing, and as for a full refund for every month that I have paid for it. And she could only refund me up to fifty five dollars, and said that they would put in a case for me. With all of this happening, it is ninety degrees out.My car has overheated and broke down.I have kids with me.And I still had to get a toe and pay for it out of pocket. And no one could tell me why my account would not show I had roadside.Assistant, but they have been fine.Taking my money every single month. I canceled it while I was on the phone.I'm very angry and disappointed and feel like I have been robbed. And I don't think any of that information should have taken up to thirty minutes.And I had to confirm my account and my information three different times all the while trying to navigate an emergency breakdown. Don't use Guardian. It doesn't work and the service was terrible.
