My app no longer updates bf location
My bf location has not updated in 4 days. It shows he is home with me. It shows my location but no longer shows his. It has been working fine until now. I need help please.
Thank you for reaching out to us here. For location-based issues, we have a special tool integrated into our mobile app called Guardian Instabug. This tool allows us to gather detailed location feedback directly from the app, which goes straight to our Development team for investigation. While we won't be able to respond directly to these submissions, our team is actively working on resolving the issue. The Feedback tool can be accessed 2 different ways:
The Help button (upper right corner of screen)
Through the Home screen Menu: On Home screen go to Menu > Feedback
