Have attempted "Chat" for 2 days, no advisor....

Hello, I currently pay for the $39.99 a month plan, but am considering upgrading to the $49.99 a month plan.  ALL I want to know is, with that plan I am looking at, will the "Weather" icon on my dashboard work?
