Employee discount status
Are GM employees and retirees eligible for discount pricing on OnStar services? I know we used to be eligible, but I can no longer find the information to obtain an authorization number.
GM Discounts for OnStar do not require an authorization number. When you speak with an Advisor to change you service plans, there should already be discounted plans available within your account that they can offer.
