Mobile climate control

I have a 2025 GMC Sierra Denali and when o bought last year the mobile climate control worked until it disappeared. I’ve been on many frustrating phone calls, text thread, email you name it and I was given the unsatisfactory excuse that my Denali is not equipped for the service! I’ve been directed towards the dealer in which the dealer and GMC insists that the issue is with OnStar. It’s 11 months and I’m still paying for OnStar!!!!!    This issue is disgusting and misleading.

    Yeah, they are giving g you a whole load of bs. Should have seen the whole long message I got yesterday claiming that it was because my module was not a +. 

    If the vehicle can be sent updates OTA… Then the programming on the app can be worked to control the temperature.

    I experienced the same issue with my 25 Silverado RST.   Had climate control feature for a few months, then an update happened and climate control feature never to be seen again!  I just got off the phone with OnStar and they stated it was a "system glitch" that I was able to use that feature and I shouldn't have been able to use it.  Wait, so the glitch was them removing the feature?  Sounds backwards to me.   The real glitch is that the feature is now gone!

      It was a glitch that they were not getting money for. Plain and simple.
