My Chevrolet app not updating
Dear I tried everything still no luck
I think it’s a OnStar service issue
hardware working green light I can call
the issue starting since 24march

I’m in the same boat. Bought a new vehicle on march 24 the app connected perfectly but since then nothing updates in the app. OnStar claims it looks good on their end but how can that be when I’ve driven the vehicle everyday since but the app says it hasn’t been started in a week?
this seems to be a consistent issue spanning quite some time with no real fix. So why on earth am I paying for this service??

Yes I’ve been in contact and was assured it’s working as expected. How ever the fuel % is wrong, the kms to empty is wrong, tire pressure is wrong and it states the vehicle last connected 8 days ago yet I drive it everyday. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, updated and signed out for 12hrs and nothing changes. Very frustrating.

Thank you for providing us with this screenshot. To further clarify, have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure you have the latest version downloaded? Additionally, the LED light near your OnStar hardware is currently green? To clarify, if the light near your OnStar module is red, it could mean that your hardware is currently in need of service. If you are still experiencing concerns, kindly let us know moving forward. We would like to assist with any available troubleshooting.
