My Chevrolet app not updating

Yes I’ve been in contact and was assured it’s working as expected. How ever the fuel % is wrong, the kms to empty is wrong, tire pressure is wrong and it states the vehicle last connected 8 days ago yet I drive it everyday. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, updated and signed out for 12hrs and nothing changes. Very frustrating.

It’s green. The app product profile says it’s connected too. App shows 31% fuel and 206kms to empty, my fuel gauge is over half and fuel range is showing 472kms.
