My Chevrolet app not updating
Dear I tried everything still no luck I think it’s a OnStar service issue hardware working green light I can call the issue starting since 24march thank you

Thanks after app recent update it’s back to work

Thank you for providing us with this screenshot. To further clarify, have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure you have the latest version downloaded? Additionally, the LED light near your OnStar hardware is currently green? To clarify, if the light near your OnStar module is red, it could mean that your hardware is currently in need of service. If you are still experiencing concerns, kindly let us know moving forward. We would like to assist with any available troubleshooting.
