My Acura ev app not working almost : weeks. How to fix this problem?

My Acura ev app not working almost : weeks. How to fix this problem? All the time, when I sent command, after shows - try later. Even google maps not working too.

    Check that your phone has enough free memory and has strong signal or is on strong wifi. Check that your car Internet has strong signal.  Force stop the app and reload. If still not working then delete app and download again. If it's still not working then try to open the car door on the app and you might get a message saying they're doing maintenance and app is down until whatever time. Recently I got that message at 10pm and it said app is down for maintenance until 330am. I was like WTF what if I don't have key card and no remote. Then I'm screwed! GM building apps is like Apple building cars, the end result is gonna be terrible. And this app is terrible...keep a key card or fob on you. This app works 30-50% of the time. Kinda like Gen Z employees...Hahahhaha!

      Bro your generic responses are useless. Onstar 24 hr service said they can't help and transfered me to Honda, which is only open til 5pm PST. Again, completely useless. Garbage app.
