I have been having issues getting Maps+ to connect to My 21 Buick Enclave. A tech support ticket initiated a week ago with escalation has produced no results. A representative actually emailed me to tell me my issue was resolved. Very Presumptive of her, as well as incorrect. I asked yesterday that a supervisor reach out after dealing with a support rep over the weekend that sounded as if I had woke her up. Pretty convinced that no one is working my issue. Hello, August 2020 my credit card exp date was changed. Every month OnStar tells me my payment has a problem. Every month, with gradually increasing frustration, I call and discuss this with an onstar representative. Every month I am told it will never happen again and how sorry they are.. And here we are in March and a new OnStar message arrived to tell me all the wonderful services I will loose without payment. Can GM properly update their credit card processing system like every other of my vendors managed to do last September??
