I activated a remote access plan only to find out my phone was no longer compatible with mybuick app. Is there another way to use the plan or do I need to cancel? I am not in a position to upgrade my phone at this time.

The latest version of the myBuick app is compatible with Apple devices with iOS 13 and higher and Apple Watch devices with watchOS 6.0 and higher, as well as Android smartphones which support Android OS 9 or newer. Android tablets are not supported. If your mobile device does not meet these qualifications, you will be unable to use the features of the myBuick mobile app.

Ok, in that case I will be cancelling my updated subscription.
