After starting a trial for Onstar, I entered my VIN # for my truck to activate it, but was denied...
Our truck is NOT older than 2005, it's a 2013 Chevy Silverado Truck. Why does it say that it's older than 2005?
Also, I tried to cancel it, but I don't see where to "Cancel":

3. Manage Plans:
4. Select "Manage Plans"
5. Select "Manage" under "My Plans"
6. You can change Billing Address or Method of Payment (MOP) by selecting the box under each option (displays current address & MOP)

I have this same issue. Just got a 2015 traverse and it's telling me my vehicle is older than 2005. I looked it up and it's onstars system needs to be updated. Something with the batch numbers.
