Not very happy with SuperCruise
I don’t understand the private message request. These problems are faced by many people. Address the fix in an open forum so all can benefit. I’ve done the private message reply, talked to the EV concierge, had them schedule an appointment for me to address my problems. Went to the dealer today. Problem still not fixed. This is absurd. Does anyone really know what the problem is?

Our team does offer troubleshooting publicly, however some concerns do require us to ask for private information such as your VIN or the concern may require further assistance from our other teams/dealership referrals.
