Overcharge
My bill is supposed to be $39.07 per month. I keep getting billed $39.07 and $15.00
Hi. I also just discovered that I've been getting billed $15 for a data plan that I never signed up for. It shows up as Onstar/ATT on my statement. I have a ticket with them now. Was this ever resolved for you?
Mischarges are handled with utmost care as we don't want you paying for something you did not authorize or sign up for. You did the right thing to open up a case to ensure it is handled with urgency.
