Please explain to me like I'm a 5th grader how updating a credit card, keeps me from continuing my Wifi plan I've had since 22, rep told me your card was updated on the 31st and when ATT tried to run...
When you call, they read you a script, and offer no genuine support. Chevy should be ashamed, and someone should file a class action lawsuit. 1 mbps download and less than 1 mbps upload...you cannot even check email with that.
Complete trash. Unethical. Lies. BS. Waste of time and money. Corporate greed.
