Infotainment System/Telematics went out and back ordered for 6+ months
I did all of 2025 and the dealer nor onstar was any help to me. I finally got it fixed after I think 8+ months but was unable to use the services until a couple months ago from last summer.
That is not the experience we want for our Members, and we understand how frustrating that must have been.
