I received an email from Onstar that I got a complimentary upgrade to Onstar One for no additional cost to me. Then I got ao $20 additional charge added to my card. I called OnStar, and they said tha...
I think everyone experiencing this same issue needs to file a complaint with the BBB. Maybe then OnStar will take ownership and honor the information they sent out to their customers.
That's really a good idea. I am going to do that.
