Email upgraded to Onstar One at no additional cost
I had the exact same thing happen to me. OnStar is being very shady with their service fee lately. I received a letter in the mail saying my plan was being upgraded for no additional cost. I even spoke with a "supervisor" who advised me they would correct my account and my monthly fee would return to the original cost with the new plan. Well, they lied! I was just charged the higher rate again!

I am not very happy with OnStar at all right now. I feel like they lied when they said NO extra charge, and then they charged me.

They will not honor their emails or letters they sent out. Customer service said they don't know what marketing sends out. I've tried to talk to someone higher up above the customer service supervisor but have not had any success in doing so.

You mean the response that tells me to contact OnStar VIA phone, as I have already done, and continue to get the runaround? And now they canceled my subscription without even advising me???

We do also see your private message to us, @bluphx2004. Our team does understand how frustrating this unwanted cancellation must be. At this time, we recommend continuing to work with us via phone as your case is still open. This will help us avoid any miscommunication/confusion.
