I would like to change my credit card for automatic payments

You can update your credit card on file by speaking with a live Advisor or by logging into your GM Account online. To reach a live Advisor, you can push your blue OnStar button or call 1-(888)-4ONSTAR (1-888-466-7827). To change your card online, log into your GM Account via experience.GM.com and select “My Account." Once logged in, select Account Overview > Payments > Manage Payments > click Edit, Deleted or Add Payment Method.

To change your method of payment online, log into your GM Account via experience.GM.com and select “My Account." Once logged in, select Account Overview > Payments > Manage Payments > click Edit, Deleted or Add Payment Method. If you would prefer assistance from an Advisor, you can call 1-(888)-4ONSTAR.

Thanks for reaching out, Thomas. To edit your account information, such as your billing information, please visit https://experience.gm.com and log in. From the home page, select your profile icon in the top right-hand corner. Then, select “Account Overview”. From there, you are welcome to make any desired changes.
