Auto payments

I would like to change my credit card for automatic payments

  • You can update your credit card on file by speaking with a live Advisor or by logging into your GM Account online. To reach a live Advisor, you can push your blue OnStar button or call 1-(888)-4ONSTAR (1-888-466-7827). To change your card online, log into your GM Account via experience.GM.com and select “My Account." Once logged in, select Account Overview > Payments > Manage Payments > click Edit, Deleted or Add Payment Method.

      Thanks for reaching out, Thomas. To edit your account information, such as your billing information, please visit https://experience.gm.com and log in. From the home page, select your profile icon in the top right-hand corner. Then, select “Account Overview”. From there, you are welcome to make any desired changes.
