Audiobooks

Did anyone have a problem using Audiobook with Onstar One?  If so, how did you correct it?  Thanks

    Our team would be glad to connect and look into this concern with the audiobook feature. Please send us a private message to OnStar_Support so we can look into this further. Just select the envelope icon at the top right of your screen to get started.

      LOL.  I already spoke with 4 members of your team, to no avail.  I really do not want to message back and forth.  I would just appreciate if you corrected the problem so that I can use AudioBooks.
