When are the Onstar modules shipping to dealers - my dealer.

it clearly states dealer responsibility not to sell new or used vehicles with this problem. Obviously, dealers are not following this responsibility. I am coming up on 2 weeks of my purchase of a defective Sierra EV with this problem with no estimate of when it will be fixed. This is a major GM train wreck. I opened case with Onstar which is nice but hasn't yielded any benefit so far.
