Update payment method
Great question! To manage how you pay for your OnStar Plan and connected services, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to Experience GM: Shopping, Support & Services
2. Select the account icon.
3. Sign in to My Account.4. Scroll to the bottom of the Account Overview page and select Payments.
5. You will be taken to the Payments and History page where you can Add, Edit, Remove or Switch payment methods.
Once on the Payments and History page:
1. Select Add Payment Method link.
2. On the Add a Payment Method page, select which payment type you would like to add: Credit Card or Bank Account.
3. Enter your card or bank account information in the fields provided.
4. Select Save.
If your information has been entered correctly, you will see a message confirming that your card or bank account has been added to your Payment Methods and see it listed on the Payments and History page.
