Truck not connecting to Internet

We do appreciate you providing us with these details. To further clarify, have you had the opportunity to push your blue OnStar button to create an active connection to your Sierra? A live Advisor should have direct access to your account to further review your current enrollments. If you have already attempted this step, kindly let us know moving forward.
