None of my Driver Assist features work on my brand new 2024 GMC Denali pick up
I have a 2023 GMC Acadia Denali and the adaptive cruise control does not work (It works sometimes under 40 MPH), the lane departure does not work, and it brakes abruptly to the point I almost caused an accident. I brought it in to the dealer and it was there for a week and I was told it was fixed. They reset all the software. That didn't work. Brought it back again and it sat there for 2 weeks. They claim a module, they text with GM techs and it takes days to get answers, still nothing. They had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks and I was finally told its a known issue and they will eventually issue a recall on it? It cost me a fortune with UBER back and forth to the dealer and having to rent a vehicle. I have never in my life owned anything but a GM vehicle (going bac to my fathers Oldsmobile), and between this one and my 2018 Chevy impala (Only 30K miles) that I had to replace air-condition systems 2 times because I was days off the warranty both times I am not sure I should remain a GM customer. How can this be that this cannot be fixed? This is why I hear people say but German or Japanese. Saddens me so!
