Invalid password in the car
This answer doesn't seem to address the issue presented by the original poster, imo. I'd be interested in an update. To me, their password works on their device in the myChevrolet app, but, in their car, the password is not accepted by the car as valid for the password the car keeps requesting. How does resetting the password on the app help?
We see your point and would be more than happy to expand on our previous comment, Paul. When creating a User Profile on your infotainment system, it is important to utilize the same credentials that were used to create their Owner Center profile. If a Member is receiving a message that states the password entered is incorrect, this could be due to an error on the back end, or the expiration of the User Profile.
