We appreciate you bringing this concern with your infotainment system to our attention. Our team strives to provide our Members with the best experience possible, and we'd like to learn more about this recent experience to assess how we may best be able to assist you. To clarify, is it asking you to verify a 6-digit PIN in order to pair a Bluetooth device? Or is it requesting a PIN to access the infotainment system itself? Our team looks forward to your response and assisting further.
