Caught in a loop

Bought my LTZ brand new back in 2019.

I had the OnStar service until a few months ago. I canceled it because I was selling my Silverado but the sale flopped.

Called OnStar a few days ago and reactivated the account. I was told it would take a couple of days to get it working on my phone. It is not working.

I Called back today and spoke with THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE and the last one said I would get an email or call back 3 to 5 days from today.

This was the troubleshooting:

1- Deleted the vehicle like 9 times and tried re-adding it by scanning the VIN, manually entering the VIN, by email and by phone.  IT FAILED EVERY TIME though I could see my account was active on the truck's settings. 

2- When to Settings on my iphone and offloaded the app and deleted it THREE times.  Added the app again and tried the vehicle again and it failed.

3- Tried using the Chrome browser on my iphone to login and adding the vehicle but it also failed to add by VIN, phone and email.

4- I reset my truck's settings to factory default. Connected to my WiFi with excellent strength. 4 bars on my iphone cell signal. Added my account again, checked that the OnStar account settings were correct on the trucks settings.

5- I even tried adding the truck using my laptop and I get the same error every time "Something went wrong. Please try again."

What else can I do???
