2025 Cadillac Lyriq OnStar Telematics issues
I see some threads on the OnStar telematics module issues. I have the samething for my 2025 Lyriq and I didn't realize it was busted for a few months (6 to be precise) before I headed out of town and wanted to use the charging locations on the map to realize it got all the information wrong.
Visited the dealer since then and they told me it's back ordered and they really don't know when it's going to be available to replace. If the issues are so prevalent why is GM/OnStar not on top of this and fix the systemic issues with the module? Seems like there is no coordinated effort to fix this as this is affecting other line of vehicles too (Chevy, Denali and others).
What can be done to fast track this?
Regards.
