Unable to connect the my Chevy app.
I have not been able to get my chevy app to connect to my equinox.I have tried everything very frustrating when I am supposed to have 8 years to use commands etc. It looks like after reading everyone's else's is having the same problem and OnStar doesn't know how to fix it. Which really getting me not to buy any plans from them.

I’m having the same issue as of 2 days ago; 2017 Equinox, I called Onstar, they had me delete and reinstall app. I was able to lock and unlock my car while on the line with tech support, I hasn’t worked again since. I called again and they opened a ticket, thy said someone would be calling me in 3-5 days. I wonder if this is a widespread issue.
